Foundation Forum 2025: Europe’s social model – the key to competitive growth -
On 19–20 November 2025, Eurofound is organising its 8th Foundation Forum. It is the agency’s quadrennial high-level flagship event which has been running for the past 20 years and is organised in cooperation with the Irish Government.
Background
Forum 2025 will mark the agency’s 50th anniversary - a key milestone reflecting five decades of evidence-based contributions to social, employment, and work-related policies across the EU. This landmark event offers an opportunity to celebrate Eurofound’s legacy while focusing on the challenges and opportunities of the future.
Forum 2025 will kick off with a gala dinner event on the evening of 19 November and run for one half-day on 20 November, alongside Eurofound’s Management Board meeting.
A half-day programme will feature a keynote speech, presentations and parallel thematic panel sessions for discussion with the audience, as well as a closing plenary session.
